Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an AI Implementation Specialist (Client Systems Architect) to help clients adopt and maximize AI-powered solutions through MAVIS. You will translate business needs into AI-enabled workflows, build strong client relationships, and guide non-technical stakeholders through AI concepts.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, hands-on AI experience, and experience in training, operations, or process improvement.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.
Professional experience in Training, Operations, Process Improvement, Operations Analysis, or related field.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication.
Conduct client consultations to understand processes, challenges, goals, and requirements.
Identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, efficiency, and workflow management.
Develop practical business solutions using AI tools and prompts.
Create, test, and refine AI prompts, instructions, and workflows.
Translate client needs into structured, logic-based workflows and solutions.
Review processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
Produce workflow recommendations, SOPs, and logic blueprints when needed.
Monitor AI performance and iterate based on client feedback.
Explain AI capabilities and recommendations in business-friendly terms.
Conduct client training, walkthroughs, and demonstrations for AI adoption.
Coordinate with internal teams to align client requirements with AI solutions.
