Job summary

This role blends hands-on engineering with solution design, rapid product development, and customer collaboration to turn ideas into scalable business outcomes.

You will define architectures, MVPs, and roadmaps, partner with engineering teams for secure, observable systems, and drive AI adoption through reusable frameworks and governance practices.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in software engineering with sound judgment on AI-generated work.
• Problem framing, systems thinking, and product judgment—the ability to connect needs to outcomes.
• AI fluency and experimentation—the curiosity to use AI tools effectively and evaluate outputs.
• Clear communication, collaboration, and comfort with ambiguity in customer and engineering contexts.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end business and technology solutions aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Define solution architectures, technology stacks, integration patterns, cloud strategies, and roadmaps.
• Develop rapid MVPs, prototypes, and proofs of concept to validate opportunities and accelerate learning.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions including agents, copilots, RAG architectures, and automation.
• Create reusable AI harnesses, accelerators, prompt frameworks, and engineering workflows.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, observable, and cost-efficient solutions.
• Contribute to architecture standards, governance, and reference architectures across projects.
