Job summary

Grasshopper Soccer Perth North is seeking an AI Implementation & Systems Specialist to help the business implement practical AI, automation, and IT solutions across operations in Iloilo City and beyond.

You will implement and maintain AI agents, RAG/knowledge systems, and AI tools; identify processes for automation; build workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make, and APIs; provide IT support and SEO tasks; manage integrations with vendors; and advise on technology improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM implementation and prompt engineering.
• Strong IT generalist with troubleshooting and systems configuration.
• Experience with business platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM/ERP and SaaS tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain AI agents, RAG/knowledge systems, and AI tools.
• Identify business processes where AI and automation can reduce manual work.
• Build workflows and integrations using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, and SaaS platforms.
• Provide general IT support and troubleshooting across the team.
• Build and maintain websites using modern AI-assisted tools.
• Assist with basic SEO activities, including keywords and on-page optimization.
• Manage integrations and coordinate with external vendors and platforms.
• Understand business operations and recommend practical technology improvements.
