Job summary

Grasshopper Soccer Perth North is seeking an AI Implementation & Systems Specialist to help the business implement practical AI, automation, and IT solutions across operations in Iloilo City and beyond.

You will implement and maintain AI agents, RAG/knowledge systems, and AI tools; identify processes for automation; build workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make, and APIs; provide IT support and SEO tasks; manage integrations with vendors; and advise on technology improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM implementation and prompt engineering.
• Strong IT generalist with troubleshooting and systems configuration.
• Experience with business platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM/ERP and SaaS tools.

Key responsibilities

Identify business processes where AI and automation can reduce manual work

Build workflows and integrations using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, and SaaS platforms

Provide general IT support and troubleshooting across the team

Build and maintain websites using modern AI-assisted tools

Assist with basic SEO activities, including keywords and on-page optimization

Manage integrations and coordinate with external vendors and platforms

Understand business operations and recommend practical technology improvements

About you

Hands-on experience with AI/LLM implementation, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, and APIs

Strong IT generalist with troubleshooting and systems configuration experience

Experience with business platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM, ERP, and SaaS tools

Strong workflow automation and integration skills

Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently

Strong written and spoken English communication
