Job summary

Arise Services Pte Ltd is seeking an AI-first executor to drive sign-ups for Food Safety L1 training. You will craft AI-powered marketing campaigns across multiple channels, manage leads, and track performance to hit aggressive growth targets.

You will create daily AI-generated social posts and weekly videos, optimize Google/Meta/TikTok ads, and respond to leads within minutes. This role requires SG hours and proficiency with Canva, ChatGPT, CapCut, and WhatsApp Business.

Qualifications

2 years of performance marketing training, education, or F&B experience.
Proven experience scaling campaigns with AI.
Proficiency in Canva Pro, ChatGPT, CapCut, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
WhatsApp Business experience.
Ability to write in Singlish.
Available for SG hours (8am-5:30pm).
Bonus: Experience with TPGateway, SFC, or SFA.

Responsibilities

Create 2 AI-generated social posts daily and 3 videos weekly for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business.
Manage Google Performance Max ads (S$20/day budget) and Meta and TikTok campaigns.
Lead response management via WhatsApp with target response time under 5 minutes.
Message 10 hawker/cleaning companies daily to promote bulk 20-person training packages.
Close leads through TMS, gateway payments, and SFC processes; report daily on leads and enrollments.
Report daily on leads, costs, and enrollments via Monday.com.
Achieve KPIs: 40-50 leads/day, 150 participants Month 1 and 350 by Month 3, CAC under $10, 80% TPGateway booking rate.
