Execute multi-channel campaigns, build ABM plays, create impactful content, and maintain brand integrity across all outputs. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and close collaboration with Marketing Ops while enabling scalable automation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in demand generation or growth marketing for B2B SaaS with measurable pipeline impact.
• Hands-on experience configuring, prompting and managing AI agents or multi-step AI workflows.
• Strong editorial instincts to shape high-value B2B messaging.
• Ability to read campaign data and translate insights into briefs and prompts.
• Willingness to write the playbook for a small team on solid foundations.
• Judgment on when AI outputs require human review to protect privacy and brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing agent team; design and run agent workflows; ensure human sign-off before market.
• Plan and execute campaigns across web, search, social and email to generate new logos.
• Develop nurture programs and ABM plays; research accounts at scale with agents.
• Create content pipelines (website pages, SEO articles, case studies, emails, social).
• Own brand voice, messaging, ICPs, and customer insights; align with CRM and Marketing Ops.
• Run experiments, track results, and redirect effort toward proven performers.
