HMR Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Performance & Growth Marketer to own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other channels.

You will drive measurable growth in traffic, leads, and revenue, running experiments and leveraging AI tools to move faster than traditional marketing roles. You will be responsible for SEO/SEM strategy, AI-driven content workflows, and thorough performance tracking with GA4 and dashboards to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong understanding of SEO and SEM fundamentals.
• Experience tracking performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rate.
• Comfort with AI tools for marketing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others.
• Own SEO/SEM strategy to grow organic and paid search traffic.
• Optimize for GEO and AEO in AI-driven search.
• Build AI-powered workflows to scale content production, reporting, and campaigns.
• Track and report KPIs: ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, CPL, channel efficiency.
• A/B test landing pages, ads, and funnels to lift conversions.
• Manage budgets and improve spend efficiency.
