Job summary

Chinabank PH is seeking an AI Experience Officer to shape and improve the experiences of AI-powered solutions across the organization. You will gather insights, support implementation, and drive continuous improvements that enhance both customer and employee experiences.

Responsibilities include designing AI-driven experiences, analyzing user feedback, conducting research, and coordinating pilots with business teams to ensure adoption and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in AI, data science, research, user experience, or a related role.
• Experience supporting AI or machine learning initiatives that improve user interactions and experiences.
• Experience conducting user research and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve user experiences for AI-driven solutions and initiatives.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, usage data, and behavioral insights to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Participate in user research, journey mapping, usability testing, and pilot activities.
• Support the implementation, testing, and validation of AI tools and experience improvements.
• Work with business teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and incorporate user needs into AI solutions.
• Monitor adoption, usage, and satisfaction metrics to evaluate solution effectiveness.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Assist in coordinating pilots, proof-of-concepts, and controlled releases of AI solutions.
• Support change management, user enablement, and adoption activities to encourage successful AI usage.
• Contribute to responsible AI practices, ensuring solutions comply with governance, privacy, and ethical standards.
