Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data-related fields or a closely related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in product research, analytics, or knowledge management.
Experience supporting digital, data, analytics, or AI initiatives.
Strong research and analytical skills with interviews, surveys, usability tests, and data analysis.
Ability to produce structured documentation such as requirements and research reports.

Responsibilities

Conduct research to understand user needs, industry trends, and AI opportunities.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from interviews, surveys, usability studies, and metrics.
Translate findings into clear recommendations to guide product strategy.
Support pilots, proofs-of-concept, and experimentation for AI ideas.
Develop and maintain knowledge repositories, research reports, and decision logs.
Ensure information and lessons learned are organized, accessible, and up to date.
Track adoption, feedback, and performance to identify improvements.
Provide readily available requirements, findings, and docs to delivery teams.
Monitor emerging AI tech and industry developments affecting product direction.
Collaborate with business, tech, data science, and vendor teams throughout the lifecycle.
