Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) seeks an AI Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives across the bank, from business case through deployment and value realization.

The role ensures AI programs are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with governance, risk, regulatory, and operational requirements, coordinating with risk, compliance, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology initiatives in large enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to navigate governance, compliance, risk management, and regulatory review processes.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives from business case to deployment and value realization.
• Ensure AI programs meet governance, risk, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with business units, technology teams, risk, compliance, legal, and external vendors for successful AI implementations.
• Develop adoption, training, and change management strategies to maximize business value.
• Monitor project performance, provide executive reporting, manage risks and dependencies, and oversee governance activities.
