Traveltechessentialist is seeking an AI Adoption Partner to drive AI adoption and upskill teams across engineering, product, and business units. You will design training curricula, deliver sessions, and build scalable enablement frameworks focused on practical AI applications.

You will collaborate with the People Team to redesign workflows, evaluate governance, and lead change initiatives to ensure leadership alignment and durable adoption of AI across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience in tech consulting or agile transformation is valuable.
• Familiarity with European tech landscape.
• Ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Upskill employees with AI training programs and materials.
• Design scalable enablement playbooks and scorecards.
• Stay current with AI/ML technologies and assess impact.
