Job summary

Chinabank PH is seeking an AI Platform Technical Lead to drive the design and deployment of scalable AI platforms across the enterprise. You will collaborate with data scientists, product owners, IT, security, and external partners to deliver secure, integrated, production‑ready AI solutions.

You will shape architectural decisions, reviewing data pipelines, APIs, and deployment plans, and guide implementation from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in technical leadership or platform engineering roles.
• Experience designing enterprise AI or data-driven platforms.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud/on-prem environments.
• Experience leading technology initiatives from design through deployment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of AI platforms and solutions from concept to deployment.
• Translate business and product requirements into architectures, integration designs, and deployment plans.
• Define and oversee data pipelines, APIs, integrations, infrastructure, and platform standards.
• Evaluate AI platforms, tools, and vendors to identify solutions that best support business needs.
• Collaborate with product, data science, IT, security, and business teams to deliver AI initiatives.
• Support pilots, POCs, and production deployments while ensuring quality and scalability.
• Identify and resolve technical risks, dependencies, and performance issues.
• Establish and maintain platform standards, guardrails, and reusable design patterns.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI requirements.
• Mentor team members and contribute to capability-building initiatives.
