Qualifications

• 3+ years of working experience in Technical Support.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Willingness to learn about networks and IT technology.

Responsibilities

• Compose thoughtful, personalized responses to customer requests.
• Act as a consultant to optimize workflows and maximize platform value.
• Triage incoming requests and spot trends in customer issues.
• Log and follow up on all support tickets.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to provide feedback for product improvement.
