BrandBastion is redefining 24/7 support with AI and human insight. This full‑time, fully remote role focuses on delivering fast, empathetic, and effective support for a global client base in a dynamic startup environment.

You’ll be the heartbeat of our support operations, owning multichannel interactions, client onboarding, troubleshooting, and cross‑functional collaboration to scale our platform and processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a B2B SaaS support, implementation, or technical account role.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with customers.
• Tech‑savvy and resourceful; able to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide real‑time multichannel support (live chat, email, Slack) with clarity and empathy.
• Configure and maintain client accounts; assist with new client implementations and go‑live readiness.
• Troubleshoot platform issues end‑to‑end using available tools; document findings.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and CX to capture feedback and improve processes.
• Own client requests end‑to‑end and create helpful documentation and playbooks.
