Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
At least 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including executive search.
Proven outbound sourcing and engagement of passive candidates.
Strong Boolean and X-ray searching skills.
Experience with AI tools and recruitment tech.
Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

Run full-cycle recruitment for managerial, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles.
Plan outbound sourcing using Boolean, X-ray, talent mapping, and LinkedIn/GitHub sourcing.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of passive candidates.
Screen candidates and conduct behavioural interviews.
Define role requirements with hiring managers and agree on ideal candidate profile.
Lead structured interviews and debrief sessions for objective decisions.
Use AI tools to speed recruitment and scale.
Collaborate with People Operations and HR Tech to build tech-enabled hiring processes.
