Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Software Operations & AI Development Specialist to join our night-shift, on-site team in the Philippines (Angeles, Bacolod, Cebu, Makati, Ortigas).

You’ll troubleshoot bugs using Claude Code and AI tools, work within existing codebases, and help deliver new features across web apps, databases, APIs, and integrations. You\'ll review AI-generated outputs carefully, ensure data quality, and support platform operations and document management to keep

Responsibilities

• Use Claude Code and AI tools to troubleshoot bugs and build improvements.
• Work safely within an existing codebase.
• Investigate employee-reported software problems and determine their actual cause.
• Help develop new features and improve existing workflows.
• Work with web applications, databases, APIs, and integrations.
• Use Git/GitHub to manage and review changes.
• Test software changes before deployment.
• Verify changes after deployment and watch for unintended problems.
• Review AI-generated solutions rather than assuming AI-generated code is automatically correct.
