Job summary

BruntWork is seeking an AI-Assisted Software & Technical Operations Specialist. This role blends software maintenance with hands-on operations, system auditing, and data quality management.

You will use Claude Code and other AI tools to maintain, test, and improve an internal web platform, while monitoring health, data accuracy, and user workflows. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to write, review, and test code.
• Working knowledge of web development basics, SQL/databases, APIs, and version control.
• Ability to systematically isolate bugs and safely push updates to production.

Responsibilities

• Use AI coding tools to troubleshoot bugs, write clean code, and add features within an existing codebase.
• Safely manage code updates, version control, database queries, and deployments with Git/GitHub.
• Test changes before and after deployment to ensure stability.
• Investigate issues reported by team and implement fixes.
• Conduct daily platform reviews for errors, incomplete records, or unusual activity.
• Audit user compliance and data/document management workflows.
• Monitor automated workflows and suggest software improvements.
