Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle email strategy: welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, VIP, replenishment.
• Develop campaign calendar and promotional strategy.
• Lead testing roadmap: A/B and multivariate tests for subject lines, offers, timing.
• Direct Claude to produce copy, design briefs, and flow logic; review to raise quality.
• Forecast and attribute email revenue to the business.
