Job summary

Lingaro Group Philippines is seeking a motivated intern to join the Resource Management team for a 12-month program in Metro Manila. You will support Account Delivery Managers with administrative and operational tasks, learn internal systems, and collaborate with HR, TA, and competency heads.

The role emphasizes Excel and Power BI reporting, data analysis, and exploring AI tools to streamline daily workflows.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong written and spoken communication in English and Polish.
• Team collaboration with stakeholders (HR, TA, ADM, heads).
• Positive attitude with ownership and proactive approach.
• Availability of at least 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADM and operational support to streamline delivery processes.
• Manage team mailbox, update trackers, and communicate with Line Managers/ADMs.
• Keep employee allocations updated in internal systems.
• Use MS Excel and Power BI to extract and verify data for reports.
• Collaborate with Resource Management to ensure smooth operations.
