Job summary

CPS Asia Pacific is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for Logistics to join our Eastwood Quezon City team. You will support logistics clients with AI-assisted operations, tracking, documentation, and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in BPO, experience with logistics accounts, and strong communication and documentation skills. Retail/e-commerce exposure is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of BPO experience.
• Experience handling a Logistics account is required.
• Experience with AI-enabled operations in BPO is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good system navigation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform logistics and operational tasks in an AI-assisted workflow environment.
• Handle tracking, documentation, coordination, and case management.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve speed, accuracy, and documentation.
• Ensure tasks meet defined SLAs and quality standards.
• Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders as required.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and system records.
• Follow SOPs and compliance guidelines.
• Escalate issues appropriately based on process.
• Participate in team meetings and performance discussions.
• Maintain productivity and quality targets consistently.
• Adapt to tools, systems, and workflow requirements.
