Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior Instructional Design and Learning Experience Developer to design, develop, publish, and continually improve high-quality digital learning experiences for client personnel. The role requires applying instructional design, multimedia development, and learning technology to convert complex content into engaging LMS-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 7+ years in instructional design/eLearning development.
• Experience designing ILT, VILT, blended, and self-paced learning.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, Captivate, Creative Suite, screen recording or video editing tools, and LMS such as Cornerstone.
• Experience with SCORM/xAPI packages and LMS tracking/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop eLearning modules, simulations, videos, job aids, microlearning assets, and blended learning materials.
• Translate technical content into learner-friendly materials for diverse audiences.
• Configure, test, publish, and troubleshoot learning content in LMS platforms.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, branding, and learning standards compliance.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and coordinate with stakeholders to support adoption.
