Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise.
• Strong experience with AI-assisted content creation and video production.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online and LMS platforms.
• Excellent written and visual communication for global audiences.
• Ability to design accessible, localization-friendly learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning courses and microlearning experiences.
• Create SharePoint learning hubs, LMS assets, banners and templates.
• Produce AI-powered content including avatars and narrated videos.
• Collaborate with SMEs across global regions to simplify complex topics.
• Ensure accessibility, localization, visual hierarchy and brand consistency.
• Manage multiple projects across time zones with quality and timeliness.
