Job summary

Confidential is seeking an L&D Manager/Head to lead the development and execution of learning and capability-building strategies that support a growing workforce and evolving business needs.

You will oversee learning strategy, leadership development, onboarding, upskilling/reskilling, digital learning, AI-enabled solutions, and learning analytics to deliver measurable business impact across multiple units and client-facing environments.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in a relevant field and 5–10+ years in L&D or related HR functions.
• Leads L&D strategy, leadership development, onboarding, upskilling/reskilling, and digital learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Develop annual L&D roadmaps, learning plans, competency frameworks, and capability-building programs.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and identify skills gaps across employees and units.
• Design and implement upskilling and reskilling programs based on business requirements.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee integration programs.
• Develop and oversee leadership, technical, and management development programs.
• Build career development and continuous learning programs; partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders.
• Manage trainers, learning specialists, and SMEs; oversee materials, e-learning modules, and assessments.
