Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Head of HR Digitization to lead digital transformation across HR, including AI-driven initiatives and system enhancements. You will guide a team of HR professionals, oversee project delivery, and partner with COEs to align HR strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR transformation, HR systems implementation, and process improvement.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex HR initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI applications in HR (e.g., talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement tools).
• Ability to anticipate HR and technology trends and translate them into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR team in digital transformation initiatives.
• Champion culture of innovation within HR.
• Drive HR digitalization programs across Home Credit Philippines.
• Explore and integrate AI-powered solutions to streamline HR processes, enhance employee experience, and improve decision-making.
• Collaborate with COEs to identify market trends and translate them into HR process and system enhancements.
• Support design sessions, requirements gathering, and implementation of future-state HR processes and systems.
• Manage all aspects of the HR project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of business outcomes.
• Provide transparency and communication with project stakeholders, mitigate risks, and resolve issues while maintaining project budgets.
• Ensure HR transformation projects are aligned with organizational goals and deliver measurable impact.
