Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Marketing Growth Manager to build and manage a scalable marketing engine across multiple products and services, including Perfect Parking and Perfect Water Valve.

You will generate qualified leads, create sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth with a small, agile team. The role covers strategy, execution, tracking, testing, and AI-assisted automation across organic and paid channels, outbound campaigns, SEO, LinkedIn, email marketing, and CRM

Qualificações

• Experience building a marketing engine from scratch.
• Ability to run multi-channel lead-generation campaigns.
• Track and optimize campaigns for quality leads and revenue.
• Proficiency with paid ads, SEO, and email outreach.
• Strong analytics, reporting, and testing mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage lead-generation campaigns across cold email, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO, and other channels.
• Create and maintain target prospect lists for each solution and segment.
• Develop outbound email campaigns, follow-up sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Improve website pages, landing pages, and conversion paths.
• Support paid ad campaigns with research, copy, tracking, and testing.
• Own marketing analytics, attribution, and weekly reporting.
