Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Demand Generation Program Manager to drive AI-forward lifecycle programs for our United States remote team. You’ll own demand across channels, focusing on existing customers to accelerate expansion and cross-sell, in partnership with sales and customer success.

You’ll design agentic AI workflows, measure pipeline impact, and push the function forward beyond headcount, shaping how demand gen operates in 2026 and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing in B2B software.
• Proven track record across at least two or three channels (email, paid, events, web, outbound).
• Experience marketing to existing customers (expansion/cross-sell) within accounts.
• Hands-on with AI in automation or agentic workflows.
• Comfortable pulling numbers, sanity-checking, and presenting VP-level readouts.

Responsibilities

• Own customer lifecycle demand generation across email, in-app, web, and field channels with sales and customer teams.
• Work across paid, email, events, web, and outbound; improve programs across channels.
• Build agentic workflows using AI tools to automate program execution.
• Translate marketing signals into actions sales can take; partner with sales leadership.
• Measure programs, report pipeline impact, and kill what isn’t working.
