Superlivingapp is seeking a Creative Lead to own performance ad creatives end-to-end across AI-generated and live-action formats, with a focus on scalable growth and lower CPI. You will build a repeatable creative engine, test hooks and narratives, and collaborate with Growth to align creative output with performance goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in performance-focused creative roles, a track record of ads with measurable results, and comfort with AI tools and live-action production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance-focused creative roles (Branding/Ads preferred).
• Proven experience creating ads that drove measurable results (not just views).
• Deep understanding of Platform-native content (Meta, short-form video), Attention psychology, Hook structures.
• Comfort working with both AI tools and live-action production.
• Experimental mindset — high volume, high iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own performance ad creatives across Meta and Google.
• Write high-converting ad scripts across: AI-generated formats, Live-action videos, UGC-style content.
• Constantly test new: Hooks, Angles, Emotional triggers, Narratives, Visual formats.
• Build a structured creative testing framework.
• Obsess over: Hook rate, CTR, CPI.
• Understand what drives virality: What makes people stop, watch, and click.
• Work closely with Growth to align creatives with performance goals.
• Build a creative feedback loop: Why did this ad work? Why did this one fail? How do we replicate winners systematically?
