Job summary

KUKU FM, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Assistant Manager – Accounts Payable to own end-to-end AP operations, including vendor onboarding, invoicing, payments, and expense reimbursements.

You will ensure compliant processes and drive continuous improvement. You will lead a team of AP specialists, coordinate with procurement and accounting, implement automation, and maintain records to meet GST, tax and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have 4-5+ years of experience in full cycle procure-to-pay and related controls.
• Experience with vendor set-up, invoicing, payments, and AP compliance (GST, TDS).
• Knowledge of foreign payments documentation and cross-border payment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of Accounts Payable specialists.
• Process and approve vendor invoices with timely cross-functional approvals.
• Oversee payment processing and AP query resolution.
• Ensure invoices meet GST and tax invoice standards; liaise with vendors on compliance.
