Job summary
Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a data privacy attorney with 3–4 years of privacy experience to help implement global privacy programs. You will conduct DPIAs, advise on data protection matters, review contracts, and draft privacy schedules while coordinating with Legal, business teams and external counsel.
You will monitor evolving privacy regulations, prepare guidance, and support stakeholder communications.
Qualifications
- Law degree with 3–4 years of data privacy experience.
- Strong understanding of global data privacy regulations.
- Hands-on experience with privacy assessments or DPIAs.
- Experience with privacy contract terms and schedules.
- Fluent English with excellent writing, speaking and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, legal research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and Word; GenAI tools.
Responsibilities
- Conduct country risk assessments, privacy reviews and DPIAs.
- Draft and support negotiation of privacy schedules in agreements.
- Monitor global privacy developments and prepare guidance and training.
- Support data subject rights requests and regulatory inquiries.
- Design privacy processes, templates and metrics; manage new initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
