Job summary

Roboyo seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead end-to-end governance of AI and automation programs. You will orchestrate multiple workstreams (RPA, Agentic Workflows, Generative AI), drive planning and reporting, and ensure milestones align with budget and quality targets.

You will partner with AI engineers, architects, and business sponsors, translating strategic goals into actionable delivery plans while maintaining risk controls and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience in large-scale digital transformation, automation, or AI/ML programs.
• Experience with UiPath migrations.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional teams of 15+ people across multiple workstreams.
• Hands-on with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery frameworks; comfortable in hybrid Agile-Waterfall.
• Experience with program financials—budget ownership, P&L tracking, and commercial/contract management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program governance, establish PMO structure, governance forums, and reporting cadences across RPA, Agentic Workflows, and Generative AI.
• Run project planning, reviews, and RAG with technical leads; maintain velocity metrics and remove blockers.
• Manage RAID log, risk assessment, and change control processes for scope, timeline, and budget.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder face, aligning expectations and delivering executive-level status reports.
• Oversee resource planning, onboarding/offboarding, and ensure skills coverage across workstreams.
• Own program budget, forecast tracking, and monthly financial reporting; support SOWs and contract renewals.
