Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years in software engineering, AI/automation, or enterprise integration.
• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents or LLM-powered applications for business process automation.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, tool calling, and multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen).
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or ServiceNow.
• Strong Python and/or C#/.NET skills; ability to build and maintain APIs, automation scripts, and cloud-based services.
• Familiarity with middleware/iPaaS and automation tools (Power Automate, SAP Integration Suite, Logic Apps, MuleSoft, n8n).
• Understanding of security, governance, and compliance requirements for AI solutions handling enterprise data.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents to automate business processes and operational workflows.
• Create integrations between AI agents and enterprise platforms (Dynamics 365, SAP, ServiceNow).
• Develop APIs, automation scripts, and cloud AI services on Microsoft Azure.
• Implement prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, tool integrations, and multi-agent workflows.
• Extend Microsoft Copilot capabilities to bring AI into everyday business tools.
• Apply AI to document processing, data extraction, and NL querying of enterprise data.
• Integrate AI APIs and orchestration tools into existing enterprise architecture using iPaaS middleware.
• Collaborate with business and IT to identify automation opportunities and ensure security/compliance.
