Job summary

Medstar Transportation in the Philippines seeks an AI Automation & Agent Implementation Specialist to lead hands-on AI projects and automate key business processes across dispatch, scheduling, customer service, billing, and administration.

You will analyze processes, design automated workflows, connect AI tools to existing systems via APIs and SaaS platforms, test deployments, and continuously improve accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows.
• Analyze manual business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Connect AI tools with existing software, databases, APIs, and SaaS platforms.
• Create workflows that can read information, make decisions, take actions, and elevate exceptions to employees.
• Automate operational tasks such as trip monitoring, scheduling, dispatching, driver communication, and customer support.
• Build AI workflows for email, phone calls, billing, accounts receivable, reporting, recruiting, marketing, and administrative work.
• Test and troubleshoot automations before and after deployment.
• Monitor deployed systems and continuously improve their accuracy and reliability.
• Document workflows, integrations, and processes.
• Work with non-technical teams to understand real business problems and turn them into working solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Automation & Agent Implementation Specialist to help us automate and improve business operations using AI.

This is a hands-on implementation role. We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to use ChatGPT. We need someone who can understand a business process, identify what can be automated, and then build, test, deploy, and improve the solution.

You will work directly with management and operational teams to implement AI and automation across areas such as dispatch, scheduling, customer service, billing, finance, recruiting, marketing, reporting, and administration.
