Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in building automations or integrations.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
• Working knowledge of APIs and ability to read API documentation.
• Practical experience with AI/LLM tools in real workflows.
• Strong documentation skills and excellent English communication.
• Reliable internet and computer setup for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Build automations across operations, HR, sales, and reporting.
• Design AI workflows to assist agents and summarize data.
• Integrate various systems via APIs and webhooks.
• Automate reporting and build performance metric dashboards.
• Document SOPs for automations and monitor for failures.
• Identify automation opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure data handling complies with internal standards.
