Job summary

Pinnacle Group, Inc. is seeking an AI Technical Analyst to join the AI Center of Excellence. The role translates business needs into intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions, combining business analysis, process design, and hands-on implementation for AI agents, RPA processes, and workflow automation.

The candidate will uncover inefficiencies, design scalable improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of database structures and experience with SQL.
• Proven ability to analyze and document business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, or AI-driven solution design.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes into clear, structured requirements artifacts including process flows and BRDs.
• Lead process discovery efforts through stakeholder interviews, observation, and workflow analysis.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven workflows using no-code/low-code orchestration platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI agent deployments and automation solutions.
• Provide process design consultation to improve efficiency through standardization and emerging technologies.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating test execution, documenting results, and resolving defects.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed AI and automation solutions to ensure performance and reliability.
• Assist in the integration of AI agents across platforms and systems to enable seamless workflows.
