Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must know how to operate a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license.
• Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong dealer relationships to support sales objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, and distribution channels.
• Partner with dealers on marketing, promotions, and technical activities.
• Conduct product presentations, field demonstrations, and technical briefings.
• Monitor market trends and provide market intelligence to management.
• Ensure effective implementation of sales programs and strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and territory development plans on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
