Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• Experience in software development or testing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Keep events timeboxed and productive.
• Help troubleshoot issues and report to the dev team.
• Triage and manage support issues for applications.
• Ensure clear, concise backlog items.
• Collaborate with Service Managers and Technical Leads.
