In this role, you will facilitate scrum events, mentor teams to enhance processes, and ensure adherence to Agile practices. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, familiarity with Jira and Confluence, and a background in technologies such as .NET and Java. Strong analytical skills and the ability to document technical details are essential for success.

Formación

• Mid-level (2 to 3) experience as a Scrum Master.
• Familiarity with .NET, Java, ReactJS, and SQL technologies.
• Prior software development or testing experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate scrum events including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.
• Ensure Scrum events are positive, productive, and timeboxed.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of applications to report issues accurately.
