Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master is an advantage but not required.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Background or knowledge in .NET, Java, ReactJS, and SQL is preferred.
• Previous experience in software development or testing is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to clearly document and explain technical details.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure Scrum events are productive and completed within the timebox.
• Support and mentor the development team in following Agile practices.
• Identify and help remove impediments affecting the team's progress.
• Manage and triage support issues for applications handled by the team.
• Work closely with Service Managers and Technical Leads to understand requirements and scope.
• Help improve team processes and collaboration.
• Assist in troubleshooting and reporting application issues to the development team.
