Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking an Agile Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to delivery while serving as a Scrum Master for Agile teams. The role balances traditional project management discipline with Agile facilitation to ensure delivery aligns with business goals.

The position requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing risks and issues, and maintaining governance and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing projects from initiation to delivery.
• Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and Scrum practices.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of PMO frameworks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery across full lifecycle – plan, execute, and close projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and practices – act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and manage risks and issues – surface blockers, dependencies, and risks, and work with teams to resolve them.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams – work with product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Track and report project progress – maintain dashboards and regular status updates for stakeholders and leadership, in line with PMO controls.
• Support continuous improvement – encourage Agile best practices and process enhancements to improve delivery outcomes.
