The role requires hands-on experience in backlog ownership, user story translation, and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on delivering business value and transparency to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing Agile software delivery projects.
• Hands-on experience in Scrum/Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming.
• Proven experience owning product backlog and prioritization.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Excellent communication and facilitation across technical/non-technical audiences.
• Results-driven with focus on delivery discipline and product value.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Agile software projects.
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams by managing scope, timeline, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization and alignment with business goals.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Provide delivery status, risks, and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tools, and team collaboration.
