Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
Strong ability to elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
Experience creating and managing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum and Kanban).

Responsibilities

Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and observations.
Develop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize and maintain the product backlog with the Product Owner.
Facilitate backlog grooming and agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews).
Translate business needs into technical requirements for the development team.
Support sprint execution and resolve impediments.
Assist in test case development and UAT to ensure acceptance criteria are met.
Participate in retrospectives and suggest improvements.
Propose process improvements within the agile framework.
