Job summary

Adventure Consultancy Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support major enterprise workflow enhancements for a leading international development finance institution.

You will review, design, and document business processes, elicit requirements, and drive user adoption in an Agile setting. Based in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, the role offers hybrid work (onsite 3 days/week) for one year with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business analysis.
• 5+ years in a senior BA role.
• 5 years in banking, accounting, or financial services.
• 7 years designing and documenting business processes.
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between IT and business; lead workshops and elicitation sessions.
• Drive user adoption and training; create materials and maintain knowledge base.
• Define processes, identify improvements, and develop requirements in Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate QA scenarios and UAT with the testing team.
