Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar role.
• Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business processes, workflows, and systems.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in software testing, test planning, and validation.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar project management and tracking tools.
• Experience creating wireframes and prototypes using Figma.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Review and assess business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the Development Lead, Project Manager, and Systems Analyst to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain and manage project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality, quality, and performance.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and issue resolution.
• Track and update assigned tasks and project progress in Azure DevOps.
