Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to drive change, align with organizational vision, and translate business needs into technical requirements for development and product teams.

The role focuses on eliciting requirements, modeling processes, writing user stories, and supporting QA. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage backlogs, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

Ideally, a relevant tertiary degree in IT/Computer Science, certification, or qualification, but previous experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
Ability to work on multiple projects with cross-functional teams to execute decisions while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing.

Responsibilities

Create and manage user stories and prioritize the backlog.
Review urgent change requests and analyze impact on the system.
Collaborate with developers to implement requirements and guide testers during QA.
Develop project plans, estimate time/resources, and track milestones across lifecycle.
Assist Product Owner with Sprint execution and backlog management.
Maintain confidentiality of information and protect operations.
Facilitate Sprint ceremonies and act as Product Owner proxy when needed.
