Job summary

RippedBoxStation seeks a capable Business Analyst to gather and document business and functional requirements, create user stories, and map processes within an Agile team in the Philippines.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Project Managers, support UAT, maintain documentation, and ensure alignment with business objectives and project scope. This entry-level role welcomes 0–2 years of BA experience and emphasizes strong communication and SDLC understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Product Support, or related role.
• Basic understanding of BA methodologies and SDLC.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications under supervision.
• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and business documentation.
• Support stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Project Managers to clarify business requirements.
• Assist in validating business requirements through testing and user acceptance activities.
• Maintain project documentation, requirements traceability, and knowledge repositories.
• Support defect tracking, documentation updates, and simple feature enhancements.
• Ensure requirements align with business objectives and project scope.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and project meetings.
