Job summary

Work For Prosper is seeking an accounting professional in the Philippines to manage agent commissions under a 100% split model and to audit post-cap fees and technology charges. You will oversee multi-stream payouts, track recruitment milestones, and maintain monthly financial statements.

The role requires strong CPA-adjacent accounting experience, proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero, and excellent English communication for coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance; CPA status is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process agent commission payouts under a 100% split model and monitor cap.
• Post-cap auditing and collection of per-transaction risk insurance/broker compliance fees; track annual technology fees.
• Audit and calculate monthly multi-stream passive income payouts to agents (Property Management Referrals, Virtual Assistant Referrals).
• Track recruitment milestones and release recruitment bonuses on first and second sales.
• Maintain ledgers, perform bank/credit card reconciliations, and generate monthly financial statements.

Job description

• Manage and process agent commission payouts under a 100% split model; monitor agent production metrics to accurately enforce the $5,000 commission cap.
• Post-cap, audit and collect per-transaction fee for risk insurance/broker compliance reviews. Track and invoice the annual technology fee (RingCentral, Google, Gemini AI).
• Audit and calculate monthly multi-stream passive income payouts to agents, including:
• Property Management Referrals
• Virtual Assistant Referrals
• Track internal agent-to-agent recruitment milestones, releasing the recruitment bonus on the new hire's first sale and on their second sale.
• Maintain general ledgers, perform routine bank and credit card reconciliations for the agent entity, and generate clean monthly financial statements for corporate review.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA status or relevant certification is a distinct advantage).
• Proven professional experience in accounting, with a strong preference for backgrounds in US real estate brokerages, escrow handling, or commission-heavy sales structures.
• Advanced proficiency in cloud accounting software platforms (QuickBooks Online or Xero).
• Comfortable managing complex tier-based payout structures, tracking individual agent caps, and setting up automated monthly disbursement tracking.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with full availability to maintain a steady day shift.

Technical

• A reliable working laptop unit with good battery condition and webcam, with at least 8gb RAM and at least Core i3 (10" Gen), Core i5 (7" Gen) processor, AMD Ryzen 5, MacBook M2. or higher;
• Reliable primary internet connection at least 15mpbs;
