You will source prospective recruits through personal leads and coordinate licensing review sessions across Yuchengco Group companies to help meet manpower targets. You will also conduct Build Your Passion sessions to invite advisors and lead regular business opportunities and licensing review programs, ensuring licensing documents are completed and properly handed over to

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree of any course.
• At least 2 years performing the recruitment function.
• Advantage if well versed in conducting training programs.

Responsabilidades

• Sources prospective recruits using personal leads
• Conducts Build your Passion session for the Yuchengco Group companies to enjoin them or their family members to become a financial advisor
• Conconducts regularly business opportunities program sessions and licensing review programs
• Ensures completion of licensing document requirements and proper handover to agency once coded
