Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Deep understanding of agency distribution models and insurance recruitment dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products, agency licensing, and sales productivity drivers.
• Proven expertise in recruitment strategy design, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence.
• 5–10+ years in leadership roles with enterprise-level impact in insurance recruitment.
