Job summary

Sun Life Philippines is seeking a Performance Analytics professional to provide accurate, timely quality data to support risk detection, monitoring and decision-making across agency performance. You will analyze trends, prepare dashboards, and report on performance while supporting process improvements within agency operations.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in distribution, strong MS Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 year experience in Distribution.
• Familiarity with Agency Performance Standards.
• Experience in analyzing agency performance data and preparing management reports and dashboards.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Working knowledge in Agency operations.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities within established timelines.

Responsibilities

• Performance Analytics & Insights: Collect, validate, and manage agency quality performance data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and monitoring reports (e.g., Validation, FM Bench).
• Analyze trends, risks, and gaps to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support ad hoc analysis and management reporting.
• Process Excellence & Optimization: Recommend and implement process improvements and operating procedures.
• Evaluate end-to-end workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual quality checks through automation or digital solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, standards, and data repositories.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across agency operations.
• Agency Monitoring & Governance Support: Conduct initial assessments of agency movements : FM Appointment. Transfers, and code switching (from Principal to Assoc. (vise versa)
• Key Execution partner of Team Initiatives and Agency Interventions: Drives the execution of the team's initiatives, ensuring timely implementation and measurable impact on agency performance
