Job summary

Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. is seeking a Business Analytics Specialist in the Philippines.

You will provide critical support through regular sales production reports with high-level data analysis, coordinating with managers to improve productivity and profitability of Bancassurance channels. You will consolidate databases, develop campaign results, automate updating processes, and prepare management reports and decks for leadership meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 2–3 years in business analytics
• Experience preferred in financial services
• Knowledge of MIS/reporting
• Understanding of VBA and data analytics tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular sales production reports with high-level data analysis
• Coordinate with managers to satisfy needs of sales leaders and stakeholders
• Consolidate and maintain the database of sales production details
• Develop campaigns results and automate update processes for accuracy
• Prepare management reports and presentations for meetings with stakeholders and leadership
